The rates I charge are competitive and based on your individual needs. Long-term commitments receive discounts*

As a team, you and I will work to improve your nutrition, supplementation and overall health. I will be sure to create an individual workout and nutrition plan that fits your lifestyle and experience level.

I have two facilities to provide for complete training services. I also offer outdoor training, running and hiking.

*The first session includes a discussion involving your fitness goals, nutrition plan, measurements and supplementation.


  • Strength training, circuit training, core stabilization, boot camp workouts, sports performance training and sprint drills.
  • Figure and bodybuilding training, military fitness training, track and field training, and plyometric training.
  • Post-rehab training (hip replacement, rotator cuff, etc.)
  • Pre- and post-natal training, breathing ad joint protection, and beginner and advanced seniors training.
  • Fat loss/muscle gain, full body toning, overweight training, image and self-motivation training, pre-op and post plastic surgery training.
  • Marathon training.
